Education is a core pillar of IJM’s Community Investment framework. We are committed to promoting access to quality education and supporting skills development for our future workforce.

This commitment is underscored by our long-standing investment, with over RM 8 million supporting 370 scholars since 1994, reflecting our dedication to developing talent.

Many IJM scholars have gone on to build successful careers within the Group and beyond, progressing into leadership, managerial and technical roles. Beyond financial support, the programme provides a pathway for scholars to develop their potential and contribute meaningfully to society, supporting the next generation of professionals and leaders.
