A Key Commercial Development
IJM has played a significant role in the development of TRX, Kuala Lumpur’s premier international financial district. IJM’s involvement spans key landmark projects that contribute to the precinct’s urban landscape and mixed-use character. These include: Menara Prudential, HSBC Malaysia Headquarters, Affin Bank Headquarters, TRX Residences and Singgah Sana Plaza.
IJM led the development of the RM500 million Menara Prudential office tower, the Malaysian headquarters of a global insurance group, within Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur. Designed as a Grade A, LEED Gold-certified and MSC-status building, the tower spans 560,000 sq. ft. over 1.18 acres. Fully fitted and future-ready, it reinforces our role in delivering landmark developments at the heart of national growth.
