Strategic Response

Our Construction, Industry, Port and Toll Divisions have successfully retained their ISO 45001:2018 certification, underscoring our adherence to international health and safety standards. This commitment is further supported by joint management-employee Health, Safety and Environment (“HSE”) Committees across all divisions and project sites, ensuring active participation and continuous improvement in safety practices. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to proactively identify potential hazards at worksites
Establish incident reporting and root cause analysis protocols to prevent recurrence of workplace incidents
Strengthen emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure IJM personnel are well prepared to respond effectively in high-risk environments
